The new veterinary approved air mesh Dog Harness from dear dog all come with a FREE lead. We have designers such as Dear Dog, Fou Fou Dog, Trixe, Designer Doggie and many more in our Boutique.

Our boutique also stocks a large selection of dog clothes. We have Sweaters and Dog Coats for those chillier days, Hoodies for spring and dog T-shirts and Dresses for those hot summer months.

All products are delivered free, except those which are clearly marked with the delivery price on the page i.e Cat Scrathcers,rabbit hutches. We can now offer shiping on all of our boutique range to america for €14.99, please email your order to us and not through the site, we will invoice you accordingly, we currently except payments by paypal only.

Making A Purchase:
It’s easy, just browse our online shop and add the items that you wish to buy. Selecting the Add to basket button will add the item to your shopping basket.
Euro Petz accept payment in Euros using Paypal, Paypal will provide the currency exchange automatically.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Delivery Schedule:
You will normally recieve your order withing 14 days but please allow up to 30 days if for example: we have not got the products you want in, Then we will automaticly back date your order.

You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country.

When the order is placed at our website, Euro Petz do not process or have access to your card details.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

We will refund your money to the value of the goods returned, provided all goods are returned in the same condition - unworn, unsoiled, with labels and tags intact and in original packaging.

If any items are returned and no exchange is required, whilst in most circumstances, the customer will be refunded in full for total cost of goods, postage cannot be refunded.

Please contact us by phone or email within 7 days from purchase to let us know why you are returning goods. Returned goods should be returned by recorded or registered post addressed to our Boutique address as shown on the invoice. We cannot be held responsible for losses in the postal system.

Unless the product is faulty, delivery and return charges are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.
